Healing Properties of Roman Chamomile Essential Oil:
Organic Roman Chamomile Essential Oil is best used as a regenerative oil – for skin inflammation, menstrual disorders (PMS), ulcerations, arthritis & rheumatism. Roman Chamomile oil is well known as a skin treatment, and is a natural remedy for acne, chilblains, eczema, and other skin problems and rashes. Roman Chamomile oil is also curative for muscle spasms. Pure Chamomile Aromatherapy Essential Oil is great for arthritis relief and can make an effective arthritis remedy.

Add 3 drops of Organic Roman Chamomile to a hot bath for a blissful retreat. Blend a small quantity of chamomile oil with jojoba oil for a great massage rub. Blend with Sweet Fennel Oil for PMS cramp relief.

Contraindications: Not to be used neat. Undiluted essential oils in their purest state are extremely potent, and should be blended with a carrier oil or other medium prior to use directly on the skin, as the essential oil may cause irritation.
