Whenever possible, we strive to ship products the same day they are recieved. However, there may be times when 24 hours is needed before shipping an order. Please add one day to your anticipated delivery date for processing. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM MST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

Our normal shipping times are outlined in the map below. Please add 2-3 business days to the delivery times marked below when purchasing during the peak holiday season, as it can often take a little longer for your items to arrive. (Please note: These times are average delivery times and are not guaranteed)

We ship our products via US Mail unless otherwise directed. US Mail allows us to ship products to you in a cost effective manner - however, if you prefer, we also offer expedited shipping via Fed-Ex.

The cost for shipping is based on the total purchase price of your order and is detailed below:

You may Cancel an order anytime before it is processed. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you must cancel and order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ahealingessence.com and include your order number in your message. We will contact you to confirm your cancellation.
